The best way to Mui Ne beach is fly directly to Saigon (HCMC).

Once you are arrived in Saigon airport (Tan Son Nhat), you have two options

Pre-arrange pick up at the airport, 4-5 hours drive 200km to Mui Ne beach, If you have friends + a lot of Kite or Windsurf equipment , not much time this would be your choice.

Here's how to do it from the HCMC ( Saigon ) airport:

 1 ) Buy a Taxi ticket from aTaxi company inside the airport
( ticket estimated cost $8 - $10 ) to De Tham street located at District 1.
     
  De Tham street is where all Tourists from all over the world hang out or stay one or two nights before continue their Journey in Viet Nam

 2 ) Ask the Taxi driver to drop you off at Sinh Tourists bus company or Phuong Trang bus company located at De Tham Street - District 1, than you buy a bus ticket estimated cost $6-$8 for 7:30am, 4:30pm or 8:30pm departure to Mui Ne the same date or next day.

      The bus is on time ( get there 15 minutes before departure ) and probably have 1- 2 rest stop for relax + eating if you like.

The trip distance is 200 Km from HCMC (Saigon) to Mui Ne and it would take estimated 5hrs ( Viet Nam speed  and some area you are only allow to go 30 km per hour )

* Notice for going back to HCMC ( Saigon ):

  It's best to book the bus ticket in advance during October to March.

 Also on the weekend a lot of ex-pat live in HCMC ( Saigon )
